I haven’t done an Etsy update since February so I thought it was time to do another update. I have been busy with the shop and I have been creating new items to go in the shop.
I love these bookmarks because they are great for Halloween and for just witch lovers in general. They really remind me of some of my favourite characters from Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series.
This bookmark is something new that I am trying. The picture of Bath is one that I have taken and turned into a bookmark. I am planning on doing more of these bookmarks from other places I have visited.
I have more products arriving soon so watch this space.
I thought it was time for an Etsy update because I have been quite busy recently adding new products. I love my little shop and one of my aims for 2025 is to really build it up and add more products.
I love making new bookmarks for the shop but I must admit I do end up wanting them all for myself and have to resist because I will end up with way too many. I am like a magpie for shiny pretty bookmarks!
The Cake Cards have just landed in the shop over the last few days. I have made a few for private orders so I thought I would add them to my Etsy shop.
TBR Prompts
I have also done my first digital download in the shop which is TBR Prompts that you just download, print off and cut out all from your home. They are also currently on offer!
I am always struggling to work out what to read next so I came up with the prompts to help myself and decided to add them to my shop as well. I also still have the very popular book shaped TBR Tickets available in the shop.
It has been really busy recently with my Etsy shop and I am loving it. I am also throughly enjoying coming up with new designs of bookmarks and other products. As I have been quite busy on the creating front I thought I would share with you some of my latest creations.
Christmas Bookmarks
I now have 14 designs of Christmas bookmarks available in the shop.
I thought it was time for a post about all my activities that are not book related. Work has been back in full force after a lovely week off for half term. This has meant loads of teaching and organ playing. I have also been really busy with my Etsy which has been wonderful. October was my best month yet for my Etsy and I’m hoping it continues.
Walks
We have got back into our walking again and have been trying to go to different places for our walks. It has been nice to get out and about again and so I have also started playing Pokemon Go again and working on my Conqueror Challenge to Mordor again.
Afternoon Tea
For Christmas 2023 my parents gave my husband and myself a voucher for afternoon tea at Brokencote Hall and we finally got around to going. It was quite funny because my brother had also had a voucher and entirely by accident we ended up going on the same day and virtually the same time. I have never been to Brokencote Hall before but I absolutely loved the building and the afternoon tea.
RAF Museum Midlands
We love visiting Cosford so we decided to go for a visit because we haven’t been this year. I must admit I’m not so keen on some of the changes they have made recently especially because this means some of my favourite planes are no longer on display. I really hope my favourite planes return one day. I did have fun trying to find all the yellow planes.
Worcester
The building work continues on the house but thankfully the end is in sight. Due to being stuck at home for most of the summer we have been trying to leave the house more and so last week we decided to go for a wonder around Worcester and a nice lunch out. I did also end up buying quite a few books which I will post about on Saturday.
Webbs of Wychbold
Every year at around this time we go Christmas shopping at Webbs of Wychbold. I love Webbs at Christmas because the displays are always excellent and they have so many amazing decorations. We always end up buying quite a lot of decorations and this year was no exception. I can’t wait to get decorating the house for Christmas now. I also went a little bit crazy in Hobbycraft.
So there are my recent adventures. We are always quite busy on the run up to Christmas as we are both musicians but we hope to fit a few more in before Christmas.
I have been busy with the Etsy shop recently so I thought it was time to show the new things that have been added to the shop. I hate to say it but I have already started stocking Christmas products.
I hope everyone is well. I thought it was time for another update on my Etsy shop. I am absolutely loving my little Etsy shop and have had some lovely feedback about orders.
I now have a few different versions of Blind Date with a Book available on my Etsy shop and this is the latest one. I confirm that the chocolate lollipops are very tasty.
Now this is something that I have wanted to set up for ages and this month I decided to go for it and set up my first book subscription service on my Etsy shop. I think getting a mystery book each month with a tasty treat is a great way to start each month so I decided to make it happen for my fellow bookworms. There is also the chance to get all the books in one go with my Book a Month product as well.
I have some more products that will be put on my Etsy shop soon so watch this space.
I thought it was time for another Etsy update as I have been quite busy putting new products on the website. I also have a 10% discount code available for my book bloggers. LADYBOOKDRAGON10.
This Valentine’s edition Blind Date with a Book contains a heart themed chocolate lollipop and a brand new paperback book of a genre of your choice plus a lotus biscuit. There is also the option to send a personal message on a book themed postcard in the parcel. There is also an everyday themed Blind Date with a Book available.
I hope everyone is well. I thought I would do a final Christmas based post for Lyra’s Pawsome Books plus some extra goodies. I have been absolutely loving running my little business and I am looking forward to new plans in the New Year.
This box was inspired by all the things I love at Christmas. I think it is always important to take some quiet time over the Christmas period and I hope this book box will help that happen.
I have really got into card making recently and I did some Christmas cards for my Christmas stall a few weeks ago and they were so successful I thought I would pop some on my Etsy and they have also been popular on there as well.
I have upgraded my Christmas Book Parcel so it now has the option of a Milk Chocolate Christmas Lolly or a White Chocolate Lolly. These have proved popular for Secret Santa presents.
