I hope everyone is having a nice Sunday so far. I’ve had a busy morning of playing for church services and I will be honest I have also had a little Sunday afternoon nap. I’m really pleased with my blogging and reading this week and I hope it continues once I’m back to school.

I am hooked on these two books. I keep my Wheel of Time reading to last thing at night and last night I could have easily stayed up all night reading it but in the end my husband reminded me I had an early start and that I needed sleep.

I have finally started reading these two hefty books and I am loving both of them! I am struggling to work out which one to read because I want to read them both.
What I have Recently Finished Reading
I read this in basically one sitting and although I was intrigued I wasn’t very keen with the story direction Burton took.
What I Think I will Read Next
I seem to be really going for Greek mythology at the moment so some of these are very high on the TBR pile.

I hope everyone has had a good week so far. I have had a lovely day today meeting up with my best friend and visiting Belton Estate. Reading is going reasonably ok, sadly August hasn’t gone exactly to plan book wise but I’ve still managed some reading.
What I am Currently Reading
I’ve nearly finished House of Odysseus and after a rocky start I’ve really enjoyed this book. I’m still only a couple of chapters into A Crown of Swords so it is too early to tell.
What I have Recently Finished Reading
I finally finished it! Here is my review.
What I Think I will Read Next
As usual I have no idea I have no idea what I will read next but here are a few contenders.

I hope everyone is having a good week so far. I haven’t done much reading so far this week but I have managed quite a few jobs around the house and work on the library is progressing well. Today I was chiseling tiles off the wall because the room has a bathroom sink in it.
What I am Currently Reading
I am really struggling with House of Odysseus the first 40 pages or so have just been random ramblings of Aphrodite. I’m really hoping it picks up as I enjoyed the first book in the series. Lord of Chaos is still plodding along and I’m still enjoying it but I really want to move on from it now and get it finished.
What I have Recently Finished Reading
I really enjoyed this and it is another book ticked off my 24 Books in 2024 list. Review will follow soon.
What I Think I will Read Next
As usual I have no idea what I will read next. One these may be a contender but I can’t be certain.
