The chosen poem today is just a short one by Spike Milligan but I think it is rather apt for the amount of rain we have had recently.

Well it’s the closest in our area to flooding unless we drove to the river. I didn’t get a picture of the one footpath we walk along as that’s still under water now.

I do love his work, it is always good to dip into and have a good laugh. We were meant to have snow today but instead it’s just constant rain. 10” of snow sounds very cold. I hope you can stay in the warm with a good book.
