Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. For more info please check out Jana’s blog.
Hello!
There are so many books that I would love to see adapted into films or TV adaptations so this will be a tricky choice.
Watermelon Snow by William A. Liggett
The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman
The Priory of the Orange Tree by Sammantha Shannon
The Immortal City by Amy Kuivalainen
Carpe Jugulum by Terry Pratchett
The Family Upstairs by Lisa Jewell
The Fifth Elephant by Terry Pratchett
Half A World Away by Mike Gayle
The Wee Free Men by Terry Pratchett
The Voyage of the Jerle Shannara: Antrax by Terry Brooks
There is my choice. Please drop me a link to your Top Ten Tuesday and I will head over for a visit.
The Family Upstairs was so good! That would make a good movie.

When I was reading it I kept thinking this would make such a good film.

I believe the Terry Pratchett books are starting to be adapted! Ignoring The Watch, because that’s a very loose adaptation, they’ve promised a faithful adaptation of the books, but I’m not sure which ones.

I believe they are doing the Watch yet again but a faithful adaptation. Fingers crossed it happens as there’s been Terry Pratchett adaptations meant to be happening for years but they never happen and then they produce something like The Watch which isn’t even remotely close to the books.

Lots of Terry Pratchett, I see. I have to read more of his books! I didn’t really enjoy The family upstairs but that’s just me never liking any thriller/mystery I pick up. The priory would make for a good adaptation, it has a really interesting worldbuilding.

I totally agree if they did The Priory it would be an amazing world to watch on screen. I love Terry Pratchett so I highly recommend his books.
